SIP T1400 ARC Inverter Welder
These new multi-functional ARC/TIG inverter welders from SIP are equipped with dinse sockets, anti-stick circuitry and utilize a scratch Tig start function. It is lightweight, generator friendly and comes complete with welding cable and electrode holder plus earth cable and earth clamp. For home use and medium-duty welding. Tig torch not included.
Products that are safe to run on a generator with AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) or on a pure sine wave inverter generator. Typically the generator power will need to be twice the amperage requirement of the welder.
Duty rating is how long you can use a welder at either 20°C or 40°C and at a particular amperage. If no amperage is specified then it is full power. A machine that has 60% at 20°C would be similar to machine rated 30% at 40°C.
